industrialtango-theme software package provides Industrial Tango GTK theme, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install industrialtango-theme
industrialtango-theme is installed in your system.
Make ensure the industrialtango-theme package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep industrialtango-theme *
You will get with industrialtango-theme package name, version, architecture and description in a table
